By accessing and using the O2B Real Estates platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

O2B Real Estates is an online property tech platform that connects buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals. We provide a platform for listing, searching, and viewing real estate properties, as well as related tools like mortgage calculators and property verification indicators.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Buyers and Tenants

Users registered as Buyers can browse listings, contact sellers/agents, and save favorite properties. Buyers are prohibited from posting property listings unless they upgrade their account role.

3.2 Sellers, Agents, and Builders

Users authorized to post properties are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the information provided. O2B reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is found to be fraudulent.

4. Property Verification

While O2B employs strict manual and algorithmic verification processes to ensure the quality of listings (indicated by the "Verified" badge), users acknowledge that O2B does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of property details. Users are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any financial or legal commitments.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Use the platform for spamming or unauthorized telemarketing (violating our Zero Spam Guarantee).
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or access data not intended for them.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract data from the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of O2B Real Estates or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O2B Real Estates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
